CLAIRE INDANS – CURRICULUM AND DELIVERY MANAGER
Claire is the Curriculum and Delivery Manager at Deere Apprenticeships; Claire has worked within the education sector for 21 years and in this time, she has extensively taught, lectured and coached Apprentices. Claire is an internal examiner responsible for quality at Deere Apprenticeships as well as being an external End-Point Assessment Examiner. Claire is also the lead for Information, Advice and Guidance at Deere Apprenticeships.
Claire gained her PhD in Educational Leadership in 2018 and became Doctor of Education specialising in Leadership and Management within the Further and Higher Education Sector. Claire has a master’s degree in Coaching and Mentoring and a Master’s Degree in Research, Education and Social Science. Further to this Claire has two Post-Graduate Degrees, a BA (Hons) Degree, and numerous teaching qualifications.
Claire enjoys reading academic articles and writing for publication, since the publication of her PhD Claire has co-written with her Apprentices and is co-writing a guidance book for PhD students with colleagues from two Universities. Claire is currently designing resources and materials for learners and tutors at Deere Apprenticeships.
When not working Claire likes to relax by recreationally ice skating and by watching her son represent the UK in figure skating and Ice dance competitions.
