The Evolution of Going Digital: Integration of a Hybridised Synergistic Model: Implications for Operational Practices within a Transformational Digital Strategy

Yesterday saw the culmination of a two year project with a one hour presentation by Claire Indans (Curriculum and Delivery Manager) and Carl Hardwick (Director) to an International audience from the British Educational Leadership Management and Administration Society (BELMAS) where it was established that Deere has produced a Hybridised Synergistic Model borne into a unique paradigm founded from empirical engagement and social reality developed into a philosophy of emancipatory independence. The “Going Digital” journey has been a challenging project for such a small team and something we at Deere are very proud of. The benefits for our business, learners and employers have been significant and something we can only build upon. A massive achievement for everyone at Deere Apprenticeships, now for the final piece of the jigsaw to get the journal published (all publishers welcome to get in touch) with the aim of helping other organisations similar or dissimilar through transferrable knowledge.
