Role Description
This is a full-time Senior Leader level 7 Tutor/Skills Coach role at DEERE APPRENTICESHIPS LTD. As a Senior Leader Tutor, you will be responsible for providing Teaching, guidance and mentoring to apprentices in their professional development journey. Your day-to-day tasks will include delivering training sessions, assessing performance, providing constructive feedback, and supporting apprentices in achieving their learning objectives. This is a hybrid role based in Newark-On-Trent, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Must be educated to Masters level
- Experience in delivering training and coaching in a professional setting
- Strong knowledge of apprenticeship programs and relevant industry standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organisational and time management skills
- Ability to adapt to the needs of diverse learners
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Qualification in relevant subject area or equivalent experience
- Experience in managing and motivating teams
