National Apprenticeship Week is on 9th to 15th February 26 and is almost upon us!! The week is a formal opportunity to celebrate the achievements of Deere Apprenticeship apprentices and their employers.
We frequently celebrate achievements however this week is special and allows us to focus on the positive impact apprentices and employers are having on their communities, workplaces and the wider economy.
Since we started in 2011, our growing team has worked alongside our partner employers to develop, up-skill and re-skill teams across a wide variety of sectors.
Apprenticeships are an alternative route to a university qualification, or an addition to a college or university qualification that allows apprentices to apply theory and the latest research from the classroom directly to their place of work.
During National Apprenticeship Week we will be celebrating inspiring stories from learners, employers and tutors that truly celebrate everyone’s outstanding contributions along our key themes of Inspire, Improve and Innovate.
