We know that completing an apprenticeship is a significant achievement and it definitely deserves to be recognised and celebrated.
That is why we are highlighting the newly launched Post-Apprenticeship Recognition Scheme (PARS), developed by The Chartered Institution for Further Education and the Association of Apprentices.
Have you recently completed your own apprenticeship programme?
PARS enables everyone who completes an apprenticeship to gain further professional recognition and use post-nominal letters after their name. It really is a great way to show skills, dedication and career progression.
The scheme is open to:
+ Level 2–7 apprenticeship completers in England, Northern Ireland and Wales
+ Level 5–12 apprenticeship completers in Scotland.
You can speak with your Deere Apprenticeships tutor to find out more, or apply here at https://associationofapprentices.org.uk/pars/.
